BIOGRAPHY
A native of California, Anthony, or Tony as he's known to people from other times and places, grew up on the islands in the Delta of the San Joaquin Valley. After having worked in New York, Chicago, Los Angeles, Fresno and other major metropoli as a print model, he eventually relocated to Sunny Southern to further expand into entertainment and business.
With a Latin and European heritage he quickly booked numerous commercials for both mainstream and the then burgeoning Spanish market. Then came work on 'Days of Our Lives' as Ralph. Yup, just Ralph who eventually meets his untimely demise being burned up in his beloved trailer. I guess that's what you get when you kidnap the preacher's daughter!
Along the journey he discovered dance and studied with Roland Dupree and most recently with Jaime Rogers in Los Angeles. Studying and working out with masters like Fred Dwyer on 'Hunter' and Tina Sinatra and Marcia Gay Harden as Mario Cabre on 'Sinatra' became the order of the day! Got a little stage time with Franco Zeffirelli at the Chandler in 'Pagliacci' with Placido Domingo and a bit more TV stuff with Jennifer Garner in 'Alias', Michael Chiklis in 'The Shield', Alan Ball & Alan Poul in 'Six Feet Under' and some film time with Omar Epps and the wonderful Beat Takeshi in his Epic 'Brother'.
There's more, of course. When can one ever stop talking about one's self in the third person? Over time he's done a ton of commercials and has hosted many corporate events, conventions, presentations and industrial training films as well as was Host to his own Cable TV Talkshow called 'The Fine Print'.
Just a bit of study acknowledgment to wrap things up: Warm Appreciation and Thanks to Gary Austin, founder of The Groundlings, On Camera work with Tony Barr, Scene Study work with Anita Jesse and Jared Barklay and theatre fundamentals with Ron Sossi of the Odyssey Theatre and most recently with Milton 'Big Daddy' Katselas at The Beverly Hills Playhouse 'whose art of being' continues to influence and inspire ongoingly!
That's about it. So if you see someone with a great smile, silver and black hair checking you out at the red light… drivin' an 18 wheeler, well, maybe trailer fires ain't what they used to be ….
Check out the 'Live Current' page to see where to see him now!
